Alchemy or Alchemical Engineering is a system of "magic" in Snowblossom that is fairly unique. Like the alchemical items presented in the Player's Handbook, (sunrod, tanglefoot bag) Alchemical Engineering produces astounding effects. However, these effects are not magical. They cannot be dispelled or counterspelled, and they are not subject to the effects of anti-magic.

How Alchemy Works

Alchemy combines non-magical chemicals and substances to unlock the energies inherent in reactions. Much like fire can take wood and turn it to ash, alchemy can take substances and turn them into heat, electricity or other substances.

Alchemical Engineering

In Snowblossom, there are special means of creating alchemical items. The mechanics are like rituals, and I'll write them later.
