Argun

Argun is the home of Lord Protector Vahrun Ruenhart and the center of the Middle Kingdoms' military might. For these reasons, and many others, the Argunian people see themselves as the leaders of the Middle Kingdom. The Alliance of the Middle Kingdoms was initiated by an Argunian king. Argun is the second wealthiest of the kingdoms, the second largest in size and the largest in population, and the Argunian people see themselves as the most hard-working and fastidious people of the Middle Kingdoms.

Argun is ruled, currently, by a Steward, who watches over the nation while King Ruenhart servers as the Lord Protector of the Middle Kingdom. The Steward, Arvus Poerunn, still receives his orders from Ruenhert, who does not allow the Steward much leeway. The nation's laws are created and interpreted by a Parliament, but Ruenhert works behind the scenes to maintain strict control of that body, as well.
