Eladrin

The eladrin - the high elves, or "Eladir" (literally "First People") in the Elven tongue - are a humanoid race related to elves and drow. The Eladir are descended from the Telwadir, but reconnected long ago with the Feywild.

Relations

The Eladir of the Eye come in two general varieties - those who live in Telwar and those who live outside that nation. The eladrin of Telwar are extremely xenophobic and insular. The eladrin outside of Telwar are more social, although they are still seen as haughty and proud.

Alignment

History

During the Divide, the Eladir were those who stayed in the city of Telwar. In the centuries after the Divide, the eladrin lost the city of Telwar. But they also reconnected to the Feywild, finding no trace of their Leshii protectors nor their Fomorian enemies except legends. Still, the Eladir were overjoyed to reconnect to their ancient home. Some even moved to the Feywild permanently.

Eventually, some eladrin attempted to recreate their city of Telwar. This became the nation of Telwar, and its leadership is very insular, centered on the concerns of Eladir over all others.
