The Goblins of the Eye are much like their counterparts on other worlds. Goblins are generally conniving, sneaky and underhanded, and their culture tends to value wits and martial prowess.
Goblins are often found in the company of hobgoblins, though the two races continually struggle for power over each other. Both races employ bugbears as bodyguards and grunts.
