The Lycanthropes of the Eye are very different than their counterparts elsewhere. In the Eye, lycanthropes are the creations and servants of the Pure Ones.

Lycanthropes are shapeshifters, creatures who can assume both human and animal form. Tribes of lycanthropes wander the wilds as druids and protectors.

Lycanthropes have varied races and alignments, but they are bound together by a dedication to Mother Dawn as her blessed creations. Lycanthropes consider it their sacred duty to fight on her behalf. A lycanthrope who abandons this duty is an outcast at best. A lycanthrope who knowingly and willingly betrays nature will always find himself the target of an all-out manhunt by his fellow lycanthropes - they will not allow a betrayer to live.
