From Snowblossom
Snowblossom is a campaign setting for Dungeons & Dragons (4e) created by Chuck for his own personal use.
The name "Snowblossom" is a reference to a female elf who is considered the first adventurer and hero in the Eye.
The game world is not a typical planet, but rather a planar expanse floating somewhere in the multiverse surrounded by extraplanar barriers. It is roughly the shape of a humanoid eye (larger in the center, and tapering to a point at the "East" and "West" extremes).
It's probably best to start by reading the Primer.
